		<description>i think that you guys should begin investigating what Chuck Reed (San Jose mayor) has in mind with the economic re-development of DT SJ.  From what I hear, he is being rather aggressive in finding new ways to ramp up the downtown scene.
also, perhaps you should look into sjdowntown.com and see what events you guys might be able to pick up.
