New Videos & You Tube Channel

Posted in News, Performances on December 9th, 2009 by admin

Hello, faithful fans of Redwood. There’s this guy named Matt, Goatee, tall, comes to most every show. Anyway, Matt is a whiz with a camera and Final Cut and was kind enough to produce two videos for us of a recent live show. He runs a production company called Brilliant Monkey.  The website has new video page where you can check them out, or if you’re a YouTube aficionado, you can subscribe to our YouTube Channel.  Enjoy!

Vacation!

Posted in News on November 19th, 2009 by admin

Hello, dedicated fans of Redwood.  As the holidays fast approach and winter sets in we’d like to take a moment to thank you for a wonderful year!  We were lucky to play a whole bunch of shows.  The friendships in the band have never been stronger and we look forward to all 2010 has to offer.  Thank you for always coming out to see us and supporting live music.  We won’t be back until after the new year, but plan on using our time wisely in the studio.  If you attended any of the more recent shows you would have heard new arrangements on several of our originals.  While the process takes time, those tracks will eventually see the light of day on the new Redwood record.  Stay tuned for a busy 2010 and happy holidays from Kit, Lauren, Roberto and Graham!

The Demo is Done!

We didn’t have any music published featuring our amazing rockers, Graham and Lauren.  A six song demo is done and is posted to our booking page and media page.  We featured 3 rock songs and 3 acoustic songs.  Venues, we’ve got you covered.  We can rock it out or keep it light.  Enjoy!

Shows & Recording Sessions!

Posted in News, Performances on March 9th, 2009 by admin

Happy Monday/Daylight Savings Day, yeah right! Kit here to let you know we got some shows this weekend and next week. First, we’ll be at The Royal Oak on Friday at 9:30, come on out! And we have a St. Patty’s party for you! Join us at Mission Ale House in Downtown SJ starting at 6:30. You know that is going to be a ridiculous time!

Also, just wrapped on our first recording session with Greg Estes punching the computer keys making pro tools and Redwood fast friends. This is just the beginning, but somewhere out on the horizon is a Redwood record and you are going to dig it I promise! Have a nice week!

Redwood Supports Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Posted in News, Performances on February 9th, 2009 by Robonzo

Redwood performs two benefit shows for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Team in Training, with all proceeds to benefit The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The shows are being organized by Team in Training members Erin Cahill and Chris Bauman.

The band has been considering a benefit show, and was recently approached by Bauman. The discussions lead to two shows, and the band is thrilled to be a part of it all. Catch one of the exclusive performances and lend a hand to the cause.

Friday, February 13th at Britannia Arms Cupertino
Saturday, February 21st at Picchetti Winery
